# February is the season for Wildebeest and Zebras to settle in southern Serengeti also known as Ndutu area for giving birth to newborn. According to one estimate, nearly 3,00,000 babies are born within a span of 3 weeks in the month of February. This attracts predators and there is a high action drama
involving lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas.

We welcome beginners in photography as well as experienced photographers who wish to push their photography to the next level. That said, it is not necessary to be a photographer to join this safari, you can simply be a nature lover.

Your photography Guide Dr. Matrishva Vyas will lead this safari and share his wildlife and photography knowledge to ensure that you return home with excellent suite of images and enhanced knowledge on photography.
It is vital that you are well prepared for this safari. To ensure that, we will provide you all the necessary information regarding packing, camera, lenses, and other photographic accessories specifically needed for Maasai Mara, and a myriad of other general useful information.
To maximise the game viewing experience, we will embark on a full day safari on certain or all days depending on the sightings and specific inputs from our Maasai Guides
After the safari is over, online classes on post processing will be held to continue our learning experience. We will specifically work on those images which has been shot by you to make you understand the nuances of post processing.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be transferred to Eileen’s Tree Inn,
Karatu; near the Ngorongoro Crater. Enroute you will have an opportunity to
see the magnanimous Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. You will also enjoy
the scenic view of Tanzania during this short drive. Check-in at Lodge for
dinner and overnight. A tutorial on getting your camera equipments ready for
the safari will be held at dinnertime.
After early breakfast drive to Ngorongoro mountain where later you will
descent into the crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive,
intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera.
It has a massive floor area of about 260 sq km with a depth of over 2000 feet.
Game drives on the crater floor will show you a lot of animal action. Elephant,
buffalo, Black rhino, Hippos, Hyenas, and Lions are denizens here.
Post the picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo pool, you will be again going for
game drive before you begin a steep ascent to the top to exit out of the crater.
Dinner and stay overnight at Eileen’s Tree Inn.
After a relaxed breakfast drive to Ndutu via the rim of Ngorongoro crater.
Ndutu is the most happening place in the month of February as more than
fifteen hundred thousand Wildebeest and Zebra calve here due to its most
fertile soil containing abundant potassium and other minerals.
We will have a picnic lunch around noon and later dinner and overnight at
Sero Tented Bush Camp.
These three days are dedicated to Ndutu, the most action-packed place in
Serengeti during February calving season. Either we go for a full day game
drive with a packed breakfast and lunch or choose to go for a morning and
evening safari instead of a full day safari. The mesmerizing wildlife and density
of animals in Ndutu is sure to remind you that you are at the most happening
place on earth.

Depart after breakfast for a journey back to Kilimanjaro with a packed lunch.
We will again pass through the rim of Ngorongoro crater. Later we will drive to
Africa Galleria for shopping and then continue to Kilimanjaro airport for
boarding departure flights.
